At Aestara, we aim to make delivery simple, fast, and clear.
Dispatch
Listed in-stock items are dispatched from Brisbane within 24 hours on business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
If there is ever an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
We offer:
- free standard shipping on orders over $199
- standard shipping on smaller orders
- express shipping options where available at checkout
Delivery timeframes
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier.
Order tracking
You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched, so you can follow its progress.
Split shipments
If an order needs to be shipped in more than one parcel, tracking details will be provided for each shipment where available.
Delivery issues
