What finishes do you offer?

We offer PVD finishes (Brushed Brass, Warm Bronze Gold, Rose Gold) and electroplated finishes (Black, Satin, Chrome).

What is a PVD finish?

PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) is a high-quality finishing process that creates a durable, long-lasting, and luxurious surface. It offers superior resistance to scratches, tarnishing, and corrosion compared to traditional finishes.

Why should I choose PVD finishes?

PVD finishes, such as Gold and Rose Gold, are not only visually stunning but also highly durable, ensuring your hardware maintains its elegance and shine over time.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal indoor use.

3. Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are encrypted for your security.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at hello@aestara.com.au as soon as possible if changes are needed.

4. Shipping

What are your shipping costs?

Free standard shipping on orders over $199.

$10 flat rate for regular delivery on orders below $199.

$20 flat rate for express delivery on orders below $199.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking link to monitor its progress.

5. Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Aestara pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days of delivery — provided the items are unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging.

How do I request a return?

Simply email us at hello@aestara.com.au with your order number and a brief note about the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.

Clean with a soft, damp cloth.

Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.

Use the hardware only for its intended purpose in indoor spaces.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

No, our hardware is designed exclusively for indoor use. Exposure to outdoor elements or high humidity may affect the finish.
